The captured image data from the facility directly is registered within the system as 3D data. The data is easily intuitive and the highly detailed 3D data ensures smooth operation of every process.

PLANTAXIS® combines all the facility management data through 3D interfaces, while users are also supported by our data entry service and then periodic analysis provided by our maintenance engineers, which enables you to not only improve the efficiency of plant operations but also ensure more aggressive facility management.
Main Functions
Facility Management Function
PLANTAXIS® can be used to prepare simple and easy-to-understand plans, from facility management plans through to inspection/maintenance plans, and inspection item setting for individual pieces of equipment.
Inspection Function
A PC is used for inspection plans and approval procedures, and a tablet is used for inspections. The tasks can be promptly performed in coordination with each other at anytime and anywhere.
Construction Function
All the processes, including RFQs, order placements, construction management and acceptance inspections can be done at your desk. Field studies and measurements using 3D data are also possible.
Fixture Purchasing Function
Requests for quotations, order placements, and acceptance inspections can be completed on a display screen. Data on anything purchased is directly recorded on an item management list.
Data Entry Service
Manpower support will be provided to help you continue smooth operation of the system. Needless to say, our service includes initial data registration, and updating of operating data and 3D data on any facility modified because of construction work.
Periodic Consultation Service
In order to maximize the operational effect, our facility engineers will analyze the operating data, and propose any future possible actions to take in a monthly visit report.
